Financial Coach
The Financial Coach plays a key role in our Economic Advancement Program, working one-on-one with members to set financial goals, learn budgeting tools, reduce debt and increase credit, savings and income. You don’t have to have an in-depth knowledge of financial principles, just a desire to encourage and motivate others. Coaches receive intensive counselor training, developing knowledge and skills to implement nationally recognized methodologies. We are hiring multiple positions with locations in Central Dallas and South Dallas. Some require fluency in Spanish. Partial evening and weekend hours are required.
