Career Success Navigator

The Career Success Navigator plays a vital role in guiding participants through a comprehensive career pathway that includes enrollment in vocational training, participation in the Ready, Set, Ascend (RSA) workforce readiness program, and connection to employment opportunities. This role provides proactive job placement support by preparing participants for employment, coordinating employer referrals, and assisting with successful job placement. Serving as a critical bridge between education, workforce training, and employer engagement, the Navigator recruits participants, delivers career education, supports individualized career planning, and develops partnerships with community organizations and hiring employers.

This position is grant-funded through Dec 2027 with a possibility of extension.

Executive Assistant to the CEO

The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief Executive Officer provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO. This role is critical to the effective operation of the CEO’s office and serves as a key liaison to the Board of Directors, senior leadership, donors, and community stakeholders. The EA manages day-to-day operations, leads special projects, and ensures proactive communication and follow-through in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will exhibit professionalism, sound judgment, and strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, while maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
