The Financial Coach plays a key role in our Economic Advancement Program, working one-on-one with members to set financial goals, learn budgeting tools, reduce debt and increase credit, savings and income. You don’t have to have an in-depth knowledge of financial principles, just a desire to encourage and motivate others. WiNGS provides intensive training on our coaching methodology. Evening and weekend hours are required for this position. Fluency in Spanish is desired. The Salary for this position is $52k-$55k.
